Mike “Batman” Cohen is the Founder of Wayne Technologies, a Contract Sourcing and Recruitment Training Organization. His approach to sourcing is one based on deliverables, transparent data, and using multiple sources/platforms to find the greatest diversity and quality of candidates.

Julia "Wonder Woman" Adler
Head of RecOps
Julia Adler is currently working as the Head of RecOps at Wayne Technologies. She works to provide clear deliverables and full-cycle transparent data through strategic and innovative sourcing. On a day to day basis, she works on creating processes, aligning with our clients, managing the team, writing unique messaging, and sourcing through Wayne Tech’s unique “sprint” deliverable.
Outside of Wayne Tech, Julia is a Staff Writer for RecruitingDaily, and speaks at events, webinars, and podcasts. Check her presentations out at SourceCon 2020, Global TA Day 2020 and 2021, and Erin Peterson’s Big Fish in the Talent Pool. In her free time, you can find her on a run with her pup, painting/drawing, or listening to podcasts.
She has been working in recruiting/sourcing for the past six years and specializes in organizational processes, impactful outreach, recruitment research and tooling, and Jellyfishing (Wayne Tech’s way of saying “just vibing”). She believes that you are never done learning, regardless of where you are in your career.
Nikao "Nightwing" Hill
Nikao Hill is newer to the recruiting industry, but has already broke ground as an industry expert. Nikao is acting as a Lead Sourcer with Wayne Technologies. He is working across two dozen different recruiting tools to deliver a diverse candidate pool to global clients across all industries. Wayne Technologies does contract sourcing, but is all deliverables-based which enables Nikao to use his research, analysis, and creative skills to come up with unique ways to find top talent.
Outside of sourcing, Nikao is a contributor to SourceCon, and a conference presenter (RecruitCon, Global TA Day, and more). When he is not clicking away at his computer, you will find him making friends everywhere he goes, learning new guitar riffs, or burying his nose in a fantasy novel.
He may be new to the scene, but hey, every hero has an origin story...
Chris "Aquaman" Carver
Chris Carver recently came from a recruiting background and is now transitioning to the sourcing specialized side of the industry as a Sourcer for Wayne Technologies. He enjoys building and learning the limits of Boolean building and enjoys using a variety of search platforms to find and deliver top quality candidates.
When Chris is not at work, he can usually be found playing or coaching baseball, skiing on the slopes, or learning a new hobby. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and hiking with his dog.
Kirstin "Huntress" Moore

Kirstin “Huntress” joined Wayne Technologies in early 2022. New to the industry, she’s adapting her arsenal of tools and techniques to hunt and deliver true sourcing data and best quality talent. She specializes in sourcing active and passive candidates through advanced Boolean string searches on the largest variety of tools in the industry. Kirstin is passionate about pairing high quality candidates with mission-critical positions and companies.
Kirstin is energized by data, motivated by helping and knowledge, and she values accuracy and information sharing. Outside of work Kirstin is a mother, an adventurer, wildlife, gardening, & podcast enthusiast. You will often find her on a trail run, researching and reading, or playing with her dogs at the river.

Kaitlyn "Batgirl" McBroom
Corporate Enablement Leader
Kaitlyn McBroom is joining the Justice League at Wayne Technologies after four years working in Human Resources in the public sector, the past two years in recruiting. As the Corporate Enablement Leader of Wayne Tech, she is responsible for managing back of house business operations, process updates and maintenance, and the client onboarding experience while also honing her sourcing skills. Kaitlyn aims to live and work by the quote “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit” (Will Durant).
When not at her desk, Kaitlyn enjoys baking, playing video games, and working on her latest cosplay project with wildly optimistic expectations. She is a self proclaimed “indoorsy” person and can only be found outside if it involves a beach and a fruity drink.
